Tabbloid – An RSS Reader For Your Grandma

HP has launched a useful service – Tabbloid. Basically, it is an RSS aggregator that will create a summary of your favorite RSS feeds and mail a daily tabloid in PDF format.

While it seems the advanced users will have a difficult time embracing it – after all, who needs it when you’ve got Google Reader – it may prove useful for one particular user type. Yes, it’s your grandparents.

With one-step setup and a friendly interface, this service may prove extremely useful if you’d like to keep your grandma updated with your latest posts.

Just add a feed URL (you may add a few, actually), enter your email, choose a delivery frequency (daily or weekly) and choose a time frame and you are set.

From this point on your grandma will be proud, provided you taughted her how to use email.
