Before you rush into auto-replying your new Twitter followers, bear this in mind: it’s not cool DMing your new friends with an affiliate link. It will get your unfollowed, period.
Having said that, you would probably want to thank your new addition to Twitter friends for following you. How would you do that automatically? Well, this is what TweetLater is for.
Open an account and add your Twitter username into ‘Accounts’ tab.
Then mark the ‘Auto Welcome’ radio button and choose your greeeting message. Remember, you’d probably want to thank the followers, not stuff them with links.
